5 DAY SPRINT CHALLENGE

Have the best Quarter ever!

This 5 Day Challenge is all about living a life of intention, direction, and purpose regardless of the circumstances. Learning how to adjust and pivot and respond to everyday circumstances that we do not have control over.  During this 90 Day Sprint, we will look back at the past 3- 6 months and see what worked and what didn’t. What we need to change, delete or discover. Set up the next 3 months goals and set the roadmap for success to finish the quarter strong. 

Note – Goals do not have to be business goals. They can be health-related, relationship-related, personal growth goals, etc. 

Day 1 - Journaling

Living each day with intention, direction & purpose

 

Day 2 - Reflecting

What worked, what didn't. What changes need to be made, what habits need to be developed, what skills need to be learned.

Day 3 - Where you are NOW

Brief analysis of your current situation. This is a reality check. What is in your bank account, how are you spending your money, what do your relationships look like?

Day 4 - Goals & Objectives

What would you like to achieve over the next 3 months. What will life look like if just one of those is achieved? 

Day 5 - The Road Map

The Road Map and the obstacles that will get in your way. Setting up a successful work environment! Who are you accountable to?
